Geoffrey is dedicated to ensuring that every Australian has access to homeownership. He is determined to reform the rental culture and laws, working towards making a stable home a basic necessity for all, rather than a privilege reserved for the few. His vision is to create a more equitable landscape where everyone can thrive.

Ease of Access To Housing
A house is a basic human Right
As a country we have let our rental and home ownership markets fall to the wayside. We need to make immediate reforms to increase the availability of the family home. We need more avenues to buy a home, such as council equity schemes, and a new method of delivering new homes in a timely and cost effective manner.
Youth Crime and Justice
Safer Communities with Education
We have all been terorized in one way or another by one of our younger generation. We all know soomeone who's car has been stolen or house broken into. Too long the authorities held behind the wall of Doli Incapax, and it is high time the laws and structures are put in pace to educate and train these young persons from an early age the correct ways to maintain a society and behaviours within it.
Renewable Modular Industry
A new Era for the Australian workforce
The demand on infrastructure and homes is now at record levels. While we wait for tariffs and imoport/exports we are only stalling the growth of our production industry. We need to shift ouur focus on renewable sources of construction materrials as well as a modular building technique. We have gone from having acres of family land to barely being able to grab hold of a letterbox sized parcel of land, and the oppurtunity to create a new and burgeoning industry of modular and trailer built homes and buildings is thusfar untapped.

We can create an idustry that is self reliant on Australian products, materials and labour from the ground level to the coporate and design levels.

I love my country and my family
As a whole, our nation is one of the most powerful and industrial in the world. We have some of the best beaches in the world, especially her in the Mid North Coast. We have some of the worlds best meats and one of the strongest economies. The list goes on and I could tell you all day about the beautiful things, places and people our country has to offer and I humbly call home.
A better future for Austrlia will be shaped by our younger and future generations and its up to us to provide the right framework for them to follow.
